Reactivating Your Profile

CaFÉ profiles are deactivated after 24 consecutive months of inactivity. Learn how to easily reactivate your CaFÉ profile to apply to calls.

How to Reactivate Your Profile

Follow these steps to reactivate your profile. You need an active ÇaFÉ profile to apply to calls.

  1. Visit the Login page.

  2. Click the Log in with Creative West Account button

  3. Enter the email associated with your deactivated CaFÉ profile. 

  4. Complete the prompts to create your Creative West Account.

  5. Enter the verification code that was emailed to you. 

  6. You’ll then be directed to a page where you’ll see all profiles associated with the email address. Select your inactive profile

  7. Click Continue. 

Your profile should be reactivated, and you will be able to apply to calls, update your Portfolio, and see your submission history on the My Entries page. 

Log in to your CaFÉ profile at least once every 24 months to prevent automatic deactivation.
