Login and Password Help

How to Log In

1. Go to the CaFÉ artist login page.

2. Click Log In With Creative West Account.

3. Enter the email associated with your CaFÉ profile.

4. Enter your password.

5. Click Submit.

Forgot your password, or need to reset it?

1. Go to the CaFÉ artist login page and click Log In With Creative West Account.

2. Enter the email associated with your CaFÉ profile.

3. Click the Forgot Password link.

4. Click Reset Password.

5. You will receive a verification code to your email. Enter the verification code. The code is valid for 10 minutes.

6. Enter a new password and confirm your password. 

   Note: passwords must be:

   • 8 to 20 characters long

   • One upper case letter (A - Z)

   • One lowercase letter (A - Z)

   • One number (0 - 9)

   • One special character (~!@#$%^&*)

7. Click Submit.

⚡️TIP: Looking for your CaFÉ profile username? Find it in the top right corner of your My Entries page or in the menu when using CaFÉ. Email the CaFÉ team if you need help locating your username.

Profile Deactivation

CaFÉ profiles that are inactive for 24 months or more are automatically deactivated. To prevent this from happening, log in to the Creative West Opportunities Portal at least once within 24 months.
