How to Log in with Your Existing Account
Go to the login page.
Enter your username and password.
Click the reCAPTCHA (I'm not a robot).
Click Log In.
Forgot your username?
Go to the login page and click the forgot username link.
Enter the email address you registered with.
Click the reCAPTCHA (I'm not a robot).
Click Retrieve Username.
Your username will be emailed to you. Check for the Forgotten Login Info email.
Forgot your password, or need to reset it?
Go to the login page and click the forgot password link.
Enter your email address and username.
Click the reCAPTCHA (I'm not a robot).
Click Request Password.
You will receive a password reset link via email. Check for the Password Reset email. The link is valid for 24 hours.
Click the password reset link in the email and create a new password.
⚡️TIP: Usernames and passwords are limited to 8-30 characters. You can use letters, numbers, and periods. Do not use spaces, apostrophes, single or double quotations, or accent marks.
Email Verification
All accounts created after July 24, 2025 will require email verification. Email verification will ensure you receive communications from CaFÉ and the organizations you apply to. When you create your account, you will be sent a verification link to the email address on file. Open the email and click the link to verify your account and begin using CaFÉ. Note: The link will expire after 24 hours. If it expires, log in to CaFÉ to resend a new verification email.
