When to Contact the Organization

Contact the organization sponsoring the call for application-specific inquiries, including questions about:

  • Deadline extensions and late-submission allowance.

  • Refunding an entry or withdrawing a submitted application.

  • Eligibility or requirements that are not answered in the listing description.

  • Editing or making changes to your application after you have submitted it.

  • Jury results and when artists will be notified.

  • The organization itself.

How to contact the organization:

Find the organization's contact info at the top of the Call Detail page, or the top of your application. Every organization is required to include an email address, and some may also include a phone number.

When to Contact CaFÉ Support

Contact the CaFÉ support team for website-specific inquiries, including questions about:

  • Uploading media and/or system specifications.

  • Errors on the website that are preventing you from completing an action.

  • A specific website feature or understanding website options.
